Yeah you don't need to spend 3000 on a graphics card really. a 4850 will make you very happy, or a gts250. Unless you game at very high resolutions you'll be fine - it's only the hardcore gamers who will spend that much on a gpu. For instance using a 4850 with an e7200 I got 30fps on crysis warhead at 1280 res. I'm very happy with those results.

Well guys after a weekend of gaming which included EVE-online, Assasins Creed and COD4 on the saix servers, I must say thanks very much the 4850 works perfectly well for my needs and prophecy rocked.
