Lol, gta5 you telling me you have x8 msaa & txaa enabled, under the advanced tab everything ticked and all sliders to the the right and you don't get fps below 60? You'd be lucky to hit 40.

msi afterburner log is easier & way more accurate, you'll pick up any dips spikes etc.
