Anybody using this VOIP sp, I am currently using them and not having a good experience, constant call dropping, bad quality voice. Being charged a R600-00 call out fee for a technician to replace a defective switchboard. What are your experiences like?

the problems you describe sounds like your last mile connection is not stable. Your VoIP provider should be able to assist you further...
 
I would avoid dealing with them. They have defaulted on payment to at least one of the (many) VoIP providers they used to deal with.
 
I know that they use GVSC's Microwave network, and if they are not using the same for traffic routing then they are using IS. Easy, go and check who your number is registered to (you can do this here: http://www.whichvoip.co.za/index.php?option=com_whichvoip&view=numberlookup&Itemid=33) and take it from there. If you have an issue with Call Quality, you can hold them to ransom.

I agree with mo_to though, take a look at your Access Medium and surely your problems will be solved. We can of course try and get you assistance in this regard should you require this.
