If you cannot make use of the local cap that you have, you should rather get a different ISP account, or just learn to use news servers without NZBSA like I'm doing
only reason why don't use that is because i would run that on my netbook, to leave online, and wont have goodies to share with people, as stuff is stored on my main pc
did you know... if you're using the account i think you're using -if you dig out your old analog modem and connect with the capped account's credentials you get international access which is fine for getting those tiny .nzb files from an open index. then after you have the .nzb's revert back to using the capped account on ADSL for the actual downloading from the newsserver.
unfortunately i can't remember the dial-up number off hand, but it must be on these forums somewhere
nzbsa has the same nzbs than newshost and some that newshost does not have and I am sure vice versa. However it does have the latest more popular nzbs which is all that I really need myself. So if you just want to use it to grab nzbs and not for socialising then it serves its purpose.
