I'll say it again.

I sent you 5 messages to ask when Sabie will have HSPA coverage. You flatly ignored me.

This is the 3rd time a mod deletes this message and it's sickening and I will definitely take it up with rpm.

CellC has lost the plot completely. I WILL be switching to Vodacom!

I sent CellC 5 private messages over 2 months asking when HSPA coverage will be available in Sabie and I am flatly ignored.

Further that. Posting in the above thread goes to waste as a mod deletes it, so it's definitely not cool to see how CellC is put above other providers on this forum.

It's a simple request. I'm not rude or asking for the world, so grow up.

Vodacom has you covered.....why not get a prepaid sim and load it up with the 20Gig Mofaya deal? Maybe just test the speed before hand to see if you happy before doing the 20Gig.

Vodacom has you covered.....why not get a prepaid sim and load it up with the 20Gig Mofaya deal? Maybe just test the speed before hand to see if you happy before doing the 20Gig.

I am definitely switching to Vodacom, since CellC is clearly too justified in their own little circle of joy with the mods to do anything about their customers or lack of coverage.

I have full HSDPA coverage with Vodacom.

As stated above, the posts were moved to the appropriate thread. As a user with almost 19000 posts I expect you to be able to find your own posts before letting rip with the accusations.

I have had more downtime on Vodacom in 4 weeks than I did over 2 years on MTN and 5 months on CellC.

I am struggling on a CellC EDGE connection and the least pages I open the better. You saw it fit to move almost 5 posts and a thread, but you weren't decent enough to let me know it was moved?

Furthermore, no company is obliged to even be on these forums. The Cell_C account is probably run by one person who also takes care of other forums like this and all queries coming in. They probably prioritise responding to people asking about places that many other people ask about. I have not received a response about Stilfontein either - I guess I'm the only one who wants to know.

It doesn't waste my time and I have no right to be frustrated or angry by being pushed around.

BTW, by no means am I suggesting that not getting help after 5 PMs is good service, but your attitude ain't helping your case. I have met the Cell C rep and I have an appreciation for his workload so maybe bare this in mind and send him your details (even it it means PM no. 6). Besides all the energy you've exerted so far in this thread you could have sent another 5 PMs by now...
