I'm not saying it's their fault. Hardly. I never have. It was a simple request to find out when coverage will be available.

Good advice. Although I was agitated and frustrated by having to post my concerns and I thought it was deleted. It never entered my thoughts that it might be moved.

False accusations based solely on the fact that I thought my posts were being deleted. Then I received an infraction for "high-jacking" a thread, which was definitely not my intention.

BTW, by no means am I suggesting that not getting help after 5 PMs is good service, but your attitude ain't helping your case. I have met the Cell C rep and I have an appreciation for his workload so maybe bare this in mind and send him your details (even it it means PM no. 6). Besides all the energy you've exerted so far in this thread you could have sent another 5 PMs by now...

I will switch to Vodacom. CellC is clearly not interested in this area.

Please educate yourself about mental disorders, then you will see that at times in my life, I have absolutely no control over my emotions and thereby actions. Your advice to stay offline might be justified to any normal person, but unfortunately the same isn't true for me. Yes I was a bit agro, but I don't think I lost the plot completely, so please leave the judgmental self righteous nonsense out of this.

I have made it clear why I acted this way, it was all miss-communication and my own assumptions that caused this.

I had contacts with couple Schizophrenic individuals. All of them negated of being sick. You need a second opinion. Really. Anger management and above sickess are totally different things.

Tera I for one did not make any funny jests at you,I simply reasonably requested that you calm down as it might not be possible for cell c to deliver the service you want in the time frame you want.

Things like this are bigger than just one or two individuals and cell c pays people thousands of rand to determine where they roll out next so just calm down boet thats all i was trying to tell you yesterday,good to see that you seem like your normal self again today

If you know you have an issue mental or not you can control it much more than anyone else so when someone tells you to stop being aggressive and calm down then maybe you should use that as a trigger in future to just switch it of,maybe go do something else for a few hours until you ready to come back and tackle this on for example.
