But no real bacon was harmed in the making of said tablets ;-). So brings up an interesting debate would bacon flavoured anything be halal? Cause it isn't really bacon.

As it stands, I cannot go anywhere except between my isolation room and the radiotherapy department or buy anything. But tomorrow, I swap to a different hospital with a probably different Oasis water and will have access to a kettle in my room so I’ll see if it’s me or the water.

I think the issue is that R.O water has to have minerals added too it because the process removes everything. Its basically distilled water.

Its possibly the additives that you are not liking.

I haven’t had chemo for a month and had 10 cycles of chemo since last year, it never changed the taste of water so I doubt it would be it.

Might be radiotherapy which I just started having, or Oasis water which I never had before.

I’m not allowed at all to drink tap water or another water so can’t compare right now.

Thinking that’s a possibility.

Will give feedback tomorrow on Coldboiled tap water vs Oasis.

Are you allowed to use a carbon filter because I find that usually improves the taste of any water. If there is "too much" of whatever they add then it should fix the issue.

The other possibility is that they haven't added in anything as I know that distilled water is not nice.

Thanks for the suggestions, will definitely ask the dietetician and transplant doctor as the ones I see today have anyway no input in this.
