Obama not getting Honorary degree

I find this acceptable. It is not good to just give honorary degrees willy nilly. Look at how many honorary degrees were taken back from Mugabe. I am not saying Obama is a Mugabe. I like Obama, but the practice of giving out honorary degrees left right and centre just cheapens the practice. I am sure Obama will have tons of them by the end of his political career.

Apparently the university
of Zululand have a vending machine in the
lobby where you can pick up a degree or 2 if you have exact change

I don't really understand how a president can get a degree by not studying for it but a man on the street can never dream of ever doing that...
