Scientology doesn't preach terrorism. Hollywood is not hiding Tom Cruise.

Yes, I understand what you say on religious freedom, but what you haven't caught(my first post here) me say, is that I don't see Islam as only simply a religion, it is fully a governmental system as well, and thus acknowledged as such as well. (Just as Jefferson had done on that occasion)

One could argue the same about countries founded on Christian beliefs (when compared to other religions that practice non-violence) Though to much smaller percentage of devoted followers. The problem with the few countries where Islamic teachings have taken over governance is it's more the people in charge than the actual religion itself. If that wasn't the case then millions who make up the 99.77777% of non terrorist Muslim extremists would act in the exact same manner surely?

No, Catholic rule was external to the bible. Islamic Law is a mandatory part of Islam. And even in the extreme cases with this 'canon law', or Halakha law, it's meerly internal, and only pertaining to the followers, and not Dhimmis.

Same could be said about the Nazis, and yes, according to PEW research: http://pewglobal.org/files/legacy/248-32.gif http://people-press.org/report/206/a-year-after-iraq-war http://www.dailytimes.com.pk/default.asp?page=story_11-7-2003_pg4_6 I mean if people aren't even ashamed of themselves...
In the predominantly Muslim countries surveyed, anger toward the United States remains pervasive, although the level of hatred has eased somewhat and support for the war on terrorism has inched up. Osama bin Laden, however, is viewed favorably by large percentages in Pakistan (65%), Jordan (55%) and Morocco (45%). Even in Turkey, where bin Laden is highly unpopular, as many as 31% say that suicide attacks against Americans and other Westerners in Iraq are justifiable.

As the president of the USA how the fk can he be for this?

Ground zero is exactly that because of an attack in the name of Isalm. God be with Obama as the Amricans will go Ape on his arse :o

He isn't supporting this specifically, he is supporting freedom of religion, which is in their constitution.

He does not like that there were still people liking him, does he?

Who Obama? Whats wrong with his stance on supporting freedom of religion? Should he change the constitution and take those religious freedoms away? He does not endorse the mosque, he supports freedom of religion..

Obama flipflopping?

Never!

Yeah typical. This reminds me of his flip flop on Jerusalem during the election

Facing criticism from Palestinians, Sen. Barack Obama acknowledged today that the status of Jerusalem will need to be negotiated in future peace talks, amending{flip flopped} a statement earlier in the week that Jerusalem "must remain undivided.{capital of Israel}"

If he supports freedom of religion then he must support the building of a mosque near ground zero.

This guy makes Bill Clinton seem straight laced.

It's Monday morning and my maths may be well off but are you saying there's 3 and a half million Muslim extremists?
