Congrats. I’m dealing with a transferring attorney struggling to get title deeds. Is that really possible to be the case for a week now?
Apparently they also trying to get the AOD of sellers debt from the bank, also outstanding for a week now.

Kind of frustrated as the bond attorneys are ready to get the ball rolling but transferring attorneys seem to be making no progress.

Pray the title deed isnt lost, then you can add 8 more weeks ! This happend to me last year !

1) Did you get a bond directly from FNB Homeloans (as in going direct) ?
2) In the last week of the 2nd month, if the debit order went off on the 1st successfully : take note capped (as per the terms and conditions)

Yes, went directly via FNB channel(App).

Wonder how these things happen hey. It must be really frustrating and impossible to maintain any form of excitement. I know I’m slowly losing that excitement

I bought my next property cash, using an existing bond! When I got that call, I wanted to explode

So 3 more debit orders went off, and the attorneys couldn’t answer me, who can I hold responsible....

Its a &@&@@ situation!
 
Seems like our registration might happen any day now. It's now 3 weeks after they lodged and the lawyers called yesterday saying they're in talks with the bank, it'll be within the "next day or two". Can't wait!

Holding thumbs it happens soon! That'll be a good start to the weekend.

Ours is exactly 9 days away from 6 months since we signed OTP...and we're still waiting:confused:
