You might just need a letter confirming that to take to the bank,I asked my employer. Also have group life cover, so I should be sorted. They call it the "cover you never want to pay out".

I don't see any earn rules regarding building insurance, only life insurance. My house structural insurance is via FNB insurance. The only perk is 15% back monthly in eB

Is it part of a life plan?
Thanks I'm going to call FNB to switch cover tomorrowIf you open up the newest ebucks thread. My first post was regarding it. Its in "demo" phase, but clients can apply and still get the "PERK".
I suggest you get a quote first. Compare, and see if you can keep level 5 up with eBThanks I'm going to call FNB to switch cover tomorrow
I'm currently with outsurance so I'm sure their price will be easily beat. I only went with them to speed up the bond process as FNB required all their special insurance requirements met as part of the process.I suggest you get a quote first. Compare, and see if you can keep level 5 up with eB

When I was getting my bond sorted, it was like a month prior to FNB starting up again.Outsurance isnt part of FirstRand for a very long time (10 plus years). FNB insurance was first FirstLink.
FNB insurance was going via Sanlam, but last year they opened up their "direct" leg.
Personally I am very happy. The eB calculations is manual (but its something coming back), even if its 15% at the end of the day.
The Momentum picture posted by someone more upper wasnt bad either ! (good pricing I would say)
Work confirmed, I have group life cover for very close to the bond amount, so that should be good.
I'll send it to the originator. She works with everything and everyone.
Bond originator is an awesome tannie. She does everything. The life cover I took yesterday was also organized by her. Doesn't charge me a cent.

Your conveyancers did that for you.Wow! COJ surprised me! I got automatically registered for rates and taxes doing nothing!
