I doubt Spurs is buying anyone as they bought over 100m players in the summer. We definitely getting the Russian dude. I have this felling we buying M'Villa or Nigel de Jongh today

rather sign Porto's scouts. Skip the middle man

England has different rules for signing players from South America etc, than Portugal. That's why Porto always has so many talented youngsters that they are able to sell a few years down the line.

:wtf:
"Manchester City's move for Mangala and Fernando - with fees expected to be in the region of ÂŁ35m if the deals can be done in time - underlines their financial clout.
"With no significant departures expected from the Etihad today the transfers would push the club's overall wage bill even higher.
"Club accounts revealed this week that City paid out ÂŁ233m in salaries in 2012/13. Broken down that works out at ÂŁ19.4m per month or ÂŁ639,000 per day or ÂŁ26,600 an hour or ÂŁ443 a minute."

It just goes to show what a farce FFP will be. Not to long ago City's Wage bill was more than their revenue. Meaning that if you took there annual revenue and you deducted wages, they were already making a loss before any other expenses have been deducted.

Nice cash injection from Etihad in the form of sponsership and everything if fine again.

We are hearing that Liverpool are edging closer to signing Dnipro winger Yevhen Konoplyanka. Personal terms are thought to have been agreed and the player is expected to sign a five-and-a-half year deal to make the move to Anfield.
