Official Fallout 4 Thread

I knew all of that except for being able to change the pipboy colour. Jesus it sucks I never discovered that. White looks so much better than the pukey green colour.

i didnt know about the underground basement!!! and the way of getting that gin in vault 111....been drooling over getting that! lol

I don't think I've used that gun since the early part of the game. It just doesn't do enough damage, even when fully upgraded. I prefer my suppressed auto shotgun with 200 damage and a 25% extra damage legendary perk.

I've had that gun for most of my playtime. I worked hard to upgrade it as fast as possible. And my perks give huge bonuses to shotgun damage, being a lone wanderer and sneaking.

If I sneak up close to even the most powerful monsters in the game, they're usually dead in 1-3 seconds.

I'm running out of quests, so I've started building a monster of a house in Sanctuary. It's reached the height limit and I've been kitting it out with lights and shiz. Why, I have no idea.

/goes off to find more steel, dammit.

I built a three storey high shack in red rocket to shut up the four people I had there. You want beds there's your beds.

I'm still enjoying this game. Currently level 33 and spending most of the time doing side quests, hording guns and power armour. I initially set up my settlement in Sanctuary but decided to move it to the Castle since it's the perfect spot to keep raiders out once you've patched up the broken down castle walls. I also just bought a home in Diamond City, still have to do some interior decorating.

So I signed up for Reddit's Secret Santa this year.

My match is into games like Fall Out, Skyrim and Far Cry.

Anybody know of an online shop in SA where I can get gaming related t-shirts, mugs or other merchandise?

That looks incredible. I tried putting up a fence and gave up as soon as I hit a hill and it either got buried or floated in midair so I gave up and built some turrets instead.

On the first day I placed a wooden foundation in the street, beheld my work and then retired from base building.

Well I have been playing FO4 for the past week and I am loving it.

I am running it on ultra (i5, 8 gigs ram, R9290 and while the game runs flawlessly the graphics have a few glitches here and there. I am going to download a few texture mods and see if there is an improvement.

I have not followed much of the main story line as I keep getting distracted by the side quests and rescuing settlements.

On another note I downloaded this watch face for my Garmin :D

It's a Bethesda game, it's buggy. For a 2015 title the gfx suck donkey balls.

See post #309 above for textures & possible optimisation. You're on a AMD gpu so look at disabling anything related to nvidia gameworks, you might not be able to do that from the menu but editing .ini files etc might get the job done.

A few more recent snaps,I'd like to do alot more but there is a steel shortage of note!
