OFFICIAL HTC Desire Thread

I've installed the Android Bootloader Interface from unrEVOked modified USB driver.
Start unrEVOked recovery reflash tool application (no HTC Sync, USB on Charge setting, USB debugging enabled)
unrEVOked3 message "Waiting for device"

That's probably the fool proof method. You'll see two programs in windows control panel "add/remove programs", htc driver something, and htc sync. Uninstall htc sync. leaver the driver ' program'.

the first page of leedroid forum has the instructions. Also somewhere on this forum or thread there are instructions.

Had install HTC sync 1st, then uninstall, then run reflash program.
Still can't download leedroid?

Yeah, you need to reboot into recovery, and then go through the options to flash a zip file from SD card. Select file required and boom :P
 
Or use rom manager, flash rom from sd card. Works for all flashable zips.

Hey guys, I got no signal (no EDGE, no 3G, no WCDMA)...Just can't get any internet :(
Happened about a week after I rooted (dunno if that has anything to do with it?)
Tried changing the network mode - nothing
Tried to restart phone - nothing

any ideas?

I trust you've not switched airplane mode on by mistake...?

no...no airplane in top bar (held down power button, it showed Airplane Mode OFF)
Happened yesterday when trying to access FNB Mobile to buy airtime...phone hanging so FNB timed out :(

I still got a phonecalls & messages after it happened :?

Perhaps your SIM card is just on its way out. Or there was a network error. I don't think there's much on the phone that could cause it.
 
When i type in *#*#4636#*#* under phone information is says GPRS disconnected.
Ran Ping test...it failed

Is it only data that's not working? Is "Mobile network" ticked under "Settings" -> "Wireless and networks"? What kind of signal are you getting... EDGE/3G or GSM only?

yes, it's ticked next to Mobile Network
No signal - just a blank space next to my signal bar???
