yeah orange store is cool ... bought the official HTC double flip case from them ... order placed Friday evening late ... got my order on Wednesday morning ... delivered to my door via DHL ... i have to highly recommend them ... R440 odd for the double flip case ... and all costs inc ... they not badly priced ...

For the HTC One ? do you have a picture of it maybe..
 
Also got the double flip case (before I they started to sell the phone as well). Ordered it late on Friday and got it on Monday morning! ON Monday I saw they added the phone too - so bought that on Wednesday - waiting for that to arrive (maybe today). Pity I did not know they would offer the phone so soon - could have got the case shipped free with the phone!

How much would a 32GB white/silver model go for brand new, locally?

My brother in law is thinking of upgrading his contract then sell it off.

He's got his work contract which will also be upgraded soon.

This is one amazing device! I'm still trying to see whether the camera is better than what I've seen so far. I wanted to test it today but didn't get a chance to.

Sells in shops for around 8k, seen some for 6k in classifieds so around the 6k mark i reckon.

Same old rubbish

Just got this response now:

"Hi Anrich, thank you for your question. We are not sure when we will have this device yet, my apologies for the inconvenience this must be causing you. Please visit our page regularly, we will keep you updated regarding this. Thank you, have a great Tuesday!"

as mentioned earlier, there is also nothing in the yellow trader. I would imagine this hints at the end of the month or the beginning of July

Phoned MTN now.. just wanted to confirm that i'm still on the pre order list..

"Yes sir your number is registered as pre order on this device! We're hoping for end of this week to recieve stock.."
 
@djbrendan.... did they confirm or say what plans are being offered? or are they wanting on stock first before they are willing to say?
 
if they getting the device this late in the game i hope they get black ones as well ...

@Malooga..they couldn't give me contract pricing as yet :/
 
Strange thing is, I think that the HTC One is available at AutoPage stores, but on pre-paid, not on contract. Stupid really, as I am willing to take this phone, but they won't give it to me on contract. Bloody stupid rules. Aaaaarrrgh!
