Agree with this. Patience could do it for them. If they can just rotate the strike and get 1's / 2's for now, that's probably the best.

Did you notice how the Aussies went for grounded boundaries to start with? As long as it hits the ground nearby, hit as hard as you can. Clever start by Australia.

The South African bowlers like Steyn et al can learn from these youngsters like Starc and Hazlewood about line and length.
Totally different compared to the crap that a leader like Steyn dished up
 
Starc to Rahane, OUT, Rahane plays with fire, fiddling at a length ball of the back foot... it slides past the outside edge. No one reacts but Australia then decide to review, seemingly on Haddin's prompting. Looks like a gamble, but... There's no visible deviation but a thin scrape on Snicko, that's enough for Erasmus, he tells Dharmasena to overturn his decision. Australia have rolled the dice and come up trumps! Quite what Rahane thought he was doing, I don't know, hugely risky and he walks off without a backward glance

Professional sport happened. They're getting paid to push all the boundaries they can. If the umpire didn't see the nick, and the opposition wasted their review earlier on a 50/50, you're the last person to be blamed if you don't walk in that situation.

Luckily for Oz, they had a review left in this case.

The same can be said about that dropped catch by the Aussie keeper earlier on in the innings. The Aussies are the ones who preach stand your ground until the umpire tells you to walk.
Unfortunately it's become the norm these days :(
