Official LG G2

has anyone managed to find a decent screen protector for the G2? especially one that works with a cover on...apparently the covers always raises the edges of the protector

We have ordered some in from Amazon - I'll let you know how it works out. Also ordered the Spigen Slim Armor case.

also ordered the slim armor so please post the results...i'll order based on your reccomendations
 
So i found out i can get the LG G2 free on my contract which is up for renewal in feb 2014 ( Eish a long wait for me)
been wanting this phone fore a while now and must say i cant wait to own a proper Andriod which really impressed me with speed ,user friendliness and very good battery life and camera quality.

Once kit kat comes to the G2 its gonna be simple magnificent.


How long does your guys battery last for with heavy use?
Hows picture quality of the pics taken with G2?

Picture quality, for me, is very good!

Battery life lasts whole day with heavy use. Today I unolugged it at 3am, played games and communicated a lot whilst standing in line for a PS4, and now it is at 38%. And that us after very heavy use!
 
Picture quality is great as far as I'm concerned. I run mine for two days and have about 10-15% left over before bed on day 2

Heavy use? I can kill it before sunset. That's over an hour of Ingress, while simultaneously listening to podcasts, over an hour of solid gaming, Twitter, etc. and constantly messing with the phone throughout the day. 45% of battery was screen usage.

Generally though, it easily makes it through the day. :)

[UPDATE]
So I had Pocket Casts playing on the way to work, while using Waze to navigate the traffic (what traffic?), and Ingress where I know there are portals. An hour of this used up 5%. Awesome. :)

And the winner for the Smartphone of the year is: no suprise, I guess, the S4. Nice to see the G2 got a 4th place from Arthur Goldstuck. http://summer.24.com/smartphone-year/

I must say I am still loving mine. Just hope that KitKat update will come soon. Should hopefully happen in the next three months.

Depends on who you believe. I have found top 10 lists that don't even show the G2. Then again...

The G2 is way ahead of the S4 in almost everybway, in my opinion
 
Quickly popped around VodaWorld and this one caught my eye.

A brief look at the display quality looks awesome.

Only thing that's still making me consider S4 is the accidental hardware damage cover on the warranty. Anything similar on the G2 perhaps?

Nothing like that. :-( However, it still beats the S4 on all counts. :-)
