Should have been Hatrick to Rooney... stupid ref made the wrong call with Evans winning the ball with his body deemed a foul on Spearing

I was pleased when i saw Carroll come on to the pitch, that idiot has no clue what the purpose of those white posts with netting are.

I'd be the first one to admit Rooney as captain would be a joke. I mean he's banned for the first 2 games of Euro 2012.

Gerrard would be a good choice.
 
Gerrard hasn't been his usual menacing self since coming back from injury...

He will have to gain some form quickly if he wants to command any presence as England captain !
 
Well done boys! Great game by United and how we should play against lower teams like Blackburn and Liverpool rather than how we have played before...:D

I feel Rooney upfront with Wellback was the difference compared to the cup game - damn wat a different result that would of been :)
