Placed a bet of R10, would have gotten 5000. It was a joke bet, but when EVERY SINGLE OTHER game passed and ONLY United ****ed me over... man that's irritating. ****ing useless ****ers.

why doesnt he just play scholes and bring giggs on 2nd half

as for jones he did not play well at all...

what was wrong with rafael why didnt he start

but yet again wigan pressed us down quickly and like bilbao we couldnt do much

still 5 points clear ...just need 2 make sure we beat villa and everton at home

Who knows. SAF was probably over confident, seeing as we walloped Wigan 5-0 earlier on this season.

Anyway it's the worst time of the season for SAF to be messing around with the team. God forbid we see Park in central midfield :/

its the normal time of the season where the bottom teams think its the world cup final

they will give everything

Villa will be easy. Everton hardly ever are.

Sigh after last night I just can't call it. The team just looked way too complacent. Villa, Everton and Swansea should all be wins. Sunderland have been hot and cold lately, I mean they got wacked 4-0 by Everton. I just hope come the City game, we can lose and still have at least a 3 point lead.
 
Wigan were playing for their lives, we were outplayed, we need but can't play Scholes in every game, interesting run in, kinda knew we were going to lose along the way, but you know how loses spur us on. We are still good as long as we can afford to lose at the Etihad

I'm curious as to why we didn't play Scholes last night and rest him against Villa.

I don't think it will come down to those games, Utd will probably step up to the plate when they play City and beat them. City also blowing HOT and COLD at the moment. Too much pressure on them and I think they will crack.

Last night Ferguson probably thought they can afford to lose seeing they are 8pts clear and there run in of matches not as difficult as City's. So give the players a little bit of a rest.

yeah we need the wins against villa and everton so that we can go into the derby with 5 point or more gap

if we do draw 1 atleast we have a 3 point gap

but this is a nice big gap and united wont give it up ...too much experience for that

On the +side, this loss and maybe another could breathe some life into the title race for us neutral. City are too ***** to make a game of it though.
 
Sun about to Set on Dominance of the Red Devils?

Rio Ferdinand made an interesting point last month about Man City, not about the fans coming out the woodwork, but when he said of City winning the title, “fingers crossed we can delay that”. Did anyone feel surprised by this comment? Was this an admission that the future is blue and that winning the title this season will be just delaying the inevitable?
