In other words....
Carrick is not good enough to play for Utd.
He will be exceptional in the lower leagues.![]()
You gonna get me in trouble..

Just realised this now, if you take the penalties knock out of the carling cup as a loss then Manchester United have lost the last 6 out of 8 games.![]()
Michael Laudrup lost 6 of the last 8 league games.......
He only won one in ten. Moyes will be here for this season and next even if we continue in 7th place. Imo the only way he will get sacked is if United start facing a relegation battle.

but lost only 4 in the last 8 in all comps.
They'll give him 2 seasons. Failure to qualify for CL next season will see him out the door surely. In any case his health might fail him before then though. Looking terrible even for a miserable Glaswegian.
It will be silly to let Moyes go now, but I thought about it and. Its a job, would a company still employee someone if they are not doing a good job. Yes Moyes was suggested by Sir Alex, but I personally don't think he is the right person for the job.
Pool went through a lot and I mean a lot of managers, until we finally settled on someone who seems to have things going his way.
Take Hodgson for example, he was there for like 5months and was let go. Football is a cut throat business at the moment and if you not doing a good job, you need to go.
This is not the 80's or 90's where you have time to find your feet, you must hit the ground running.
Maybe I'll eat my words, I think changes are needed at Utd, but not sure what or who. With that said, keep the WLWLWLWL going. I'm LOVING it![]()

Yes i think failure to qualify for the CL next season will see him gone, i think he should be getting 4th this season though and not getting that will be a massive underachievement. Hes taken over the champions by 11 points, spent 64 million and also had the additions of Januzaj and Zaha (who he didnt use granted). When Moyes was employed my expectations and they're not unreasonable imo, top 4 in first season, challenging for the league perhaps still not winning it but winning a cup in the 2nd season, winning the league by the third season.
I disagree regarding hitting the ground running... Football is about developing the youth, if you bring a manager in who focuses on winning titles in 3 seasons and nothing else, that club will fold - look at Inter... After moanhirno left they sold everyone and started rebuilding... it's 3 seasons now and look where they are... Look at the state of SA Football.
He has done poorly, considering all things. Sure, he doesn't have the most talented squad, and they are still adapting to playing his style of football, but a top 4 position was easily achievable all things considered.
Sure, who knows maybe he will somehow still pull a rabbit out of the hat and get 4th place.

If the Stoke game is anything to go by, doubt it. He's been getting his tactis and formations wrong all season. Doubt that's going to change overnight.

True, but he could now see it as make or break, and forcibly change his habits. A talking to from Fergie would also help him.

I would have hoped that happened a long time ago, his inability to adapt quickly will probably be his downfall.

I totally understand your point, but with rebuilding, are you going to be able to hold onto your star players. With the star players leaving, will you win as much as you used to, will the sponsors stay and so forth. The ripple effect. You want your youth to rebuild, but you always want to remain competitive.
I think if it was any other BIG club, Moyes would of been gone. Maybe Moyes needs to adapt his style of play and get the players HE wants.
And I agree with the other guys to certain extent, if he does not make CL he is gone. But if Utd held out so long and given that he inherited the players and really not the players he might of wanted. The decision should be made, do they keep Moyes and redo the squad with the players he wants. Or maybe get a new manager and try and use bulk of the squad with 1 or 2 additions to get back to the Top 4.
That is no excuse, do you think it was wise of him to let the entire back staff go? BIG mistake... it's exactly what his done taken a winning team and 20 odd years formula and thrown it down the toilet... which coach - besides Jose Moanhrino would do that??? Carlos Querioz? René Meulensteen? Moyes did and look where it's landed him
