I dunno , i don't like judging players on a youtube video they never add all the mistakes, average players can look good. I have watched a few of his games for Psv and Holland, i wasn't totally amazed, he looks alright but i think hes being overrated.

I did watch the Dutch matches and the CL matches and he did well considering, besides who would you pick in our starting xi? Ando who can't complete 90 minutes of a match? Fletcher who's on perma sick leave? Giggs?

Im not arguing that the midfield needs strengthening , we only have Carrick. All im saying is im not sure Strootman is the right acquisition, i think Thiago is first and foremost.

I thought you guys would loan him to Crystal Palace [again] to further his development? But he'd definitely be an improvement on Ashley Young imo.

Thiago's father has sold his restaurant in Barcelona, sporting director of Barca has said Thiago is a lost cause. Finally a "good" source reports United have scheduled a medical in the next few days at the Bridgewater hospital.
