Only now?

Ive been trying to be fair and give him time, i expected us to finish 3rd from the start of the season. If he cant get us 4th then hes not the right man for the job imo.

You know, having Fellaini in our team is like having a less skillful Berbatov in the team. He's lazy as hell off the ball and always in poor positions. That goal was down to plain poor defence and communication at the back though. This is looking incredibly dire for the EPL season...

He was one of the better players on the pitch today.

It was a good game, not a terrible performance, but we should have scored and killed that game off.

Just caught some of the highlights. You had chances to put them away and didn't take...Frustrating performance. Why was Valencia at RB?

Thats not saying much though, Januzaj was our best player when he came on. I havent the slightest clue why he didnt start instead of Welbeck, who has been horrid this season.

Cause Moyes thought it would be a good idea to take Rafa off instead of Welbeck. Who knows why, im pretty sure he wasnt injured.

He started at RM. He ended up at RB and Januzaj was subbed in, Rafael subbed off, Valencia took his place at RB.

No... just no. Almost as useless as Welbeck.

That's been his best performance since his debut. He made more than a few tackles and interceptions, and wasn't too bad in passing out of midfield. Didn't help that he had to partner a 40 year old in the centre.

I don't think it was a wise decision...

That was fine. The problem was subbing off Kagawa instead of Welbeck. I don't think the two should be played together in a 4-2-3-1. Welbeck ends up crowding Kagawa's central space, forcing him out wide, exactly where we don't want him.

His best performance at United also doesn't say much, i don't think he was bad tonight but hes still nowhere near good enough.

I agree with that, though I don't think that claim is limited to him.

That's two draws and a loss.

I saw him out of position so bloody often, he let the cross in that resulted in a goal when he should have had that covered easily, and he is incredibly lazy off the ball - he creates nothing...

It wasn't a cross, it was a shot that Everton got lucky with and was dragged to Oviedo. Blame whoever was supposed to be marking Oviedo, because United players took their sweet time reacting to that ball.

As for creating things, he was playing defensive mid. What were you expecting him to create?

Seems that all along, David Moyes kept Everton back...

Two different managers with two different mindsets though.

Martinez's sides always played attacking, attractive football but they leaked goals at an alarming rate. Moyes has coached teams that were very difficult to breakdown but not very attractive. Martinez has inherited a stout defense and has introduced an attacking dimension.

Jesus, enough of Welbeck already.

I never expected a title challenge, so I gave up on that when Fergie retired. Europe is still on though.

Also, Moyes seems to be very comfortable in Europe but can't get his arse into gear in the league.

Jones seems to be the psitive factor in our MF - whoever partners him seems to do well (Like Giggs did against Leverkusen)

I think with all that's being said about Moyes, you truly need to appreciate Fergie. It was always going to be difficult replacing him and even though Moyes isn't getting the results you need, he needs time. The last thing you lot need is manager changes every few seasons. It doesn't help one bit. Ask me, I'm an LFC supporter, I know.

With all that said, Moyes and more importantly UTD need champions league football. Not only is it difficult to get your way back in the CL but the financial impact is also worth considering. How is the debt looking?

The debt isn't an issue at all.

They are only 5 points from 4th, the season is still long...
