We should have.

Injured also i think. To me though it seems personnel and team selection isnt our biggest problem, its more tactics and preparation. I shudder to think whats going on in training sessions.

I meant if he was fit. Although the personnel here was less important than the numbers. Playing a 4-4-2 against a 4-5-1 is risky when you can't rely on your midfield for any creativity whatsoever.

Pretty much, we have persisted with 4-4-2 despite it not working. Moyes has done nothing to change things, the way we have played against Everton is the way we played against Newcastle. Who even plays 4-4-2 in the modern era?

Rio Ferdinand has come out and said that the team doesn't know who's going to be playing until just a few hours before the match. Fergie would apparently announce the team long before that. So the players don't have a clue who they're playong with (or even if THEY are playing) until just before kick off - no wonder you guys are so **** this year. How's anyone supposed to prepare like that? !

Yeah i saw that, not sure what to make of it to be honest.

Kagawa started United's 1-0 defeat to Everton in mid-week, but looked sluggish and was withdrawn after an hour. Reports suggested the Japanese playmaker had complained of feeling unwell. Kagawa was not involved at all in the squad to face Newcastle, and Moyes told the press after the game: "All of the stats that we look at were low so we felt we had better not take a risk in case we got an injury by playing him. "It was a bad sickness. He thinks he ate too much, and he had to get his stomach pumped, but I think he is okay."

He thinks he ate too much :wtf:

Sushi coma?

United in disarray, player and manager unrest, Rumours of RvP putting in a transfer request in Jan, Zaha sleeping with Moyes daughter. Looks like everything is imploding. Moyes seems as confused as the players.

Perfect combinations what every LFC supported wanted :D

Oh the irony...he left Arsenal 'cos he was tired of not winning trophies....'nuff said.

That was pathetic. Moyes needs to pull his finger out.

Two points out of twelve since Carrick was injured. The four previous games he played before he was injured we took ten out of twelve, last game he played we beat the League leaders. Of course it has nothing to do with him.

Kagawa was out with illness, by the way. You obviously dont know much about our players.

You fail to mention the games that Carrick didnt play and we were quite comfortable like the Norwich game, the Fulham game, The Leverkusen game.

The Stoke game, we were under pressure with Carrick and we had to pull it out the fire.

You also fail to mention the games against WB (OT), Soton (OT), City and Pool - Rvp and Rooney not playing together regularly like last season is hurting us - Carrick isnt the one making the difference. If you look where Carrick played and Rooney and Rvp didnt, we didnt do well. The games you mentioned where we picked up 10 out of 12, Rooney and Rvp was a fixture in those games. Look at the games where Rooney and Rvp didnt play and Carrick didnt play - we did well (When Moyes actually plays the ppl in their positions)

EDIT: Kagawa get his stomach pumped from overeating:erm:......

Evra was disgraceful. He was beaten too often down his flank and was nowhere to be found when Zanuzaj tore into the box and desperately needed an outlet. He has ''personal'' reasons for not wanting to sign a new deal and after watching that performance from him I couldn't help but think he's starting to throw the towel in.

Luke Shaw.

I'm not a big fan of risky summer signings, but they will need to do some business.

First home losses to:

West Brom in 35 years
Everton in 21 years
Newcastle in 40 years.
All in a month.

#MoyesIn

Although I don't really know what's going on at MUFC. From what I've seen there isn't a clear system or style that Moyes is trying to play, he just picks 11 players and tells them to go out and play football. I believe if you guys were to sign a decent midfield partner for Carrick (someone like Gundogan?) thing's would get much better.

Jones is similar to Gundogan and he's looked good recently. What they need is someone to cover and eventually replace Carrick, a play-maker that works off of Jones, sits deep and distributes the ball. Cleverley, Anderson & Fellaini don't know what is going on. Fellaini is also more akin to Jones in play-style.

No Rooney and the only World Class player we have in Rvp, you play out of the game. You cannot play Rvp in a number 10 role. RvP was out of the game .

RVP was initially a number 10 in the Bergkamp mould, even when he came to Arsenal he started in the number 10 position until Wenger turned him into an out and out striker.

Gundogan offers a lot more in attack but he is a complete defensive midfielder as well. He is the favourite to replace Khedira if he can't recover in time for the World Cup and Khedira is the German workhorse. Unless of course they ask Schweinsteiger to play the defensive role.

Bloody hell, but you are a moron. When opposition fans need to tell you that Carrick is THE most important player in your side, you clearly have problems.
