They deserved the win. Fergie should never have played a 4-4-2/ They controlled the midfield with their 4-5-1.
 
Well done to Pool's star player, Andy Mariner.

What a shocker.

I blame Rio for the goal. His is such a pansy. Take one for the team FFS.

Questionable calls for both sides.

Carragher should've gotten a straight red for his foul on Owen. That was absolute bs. Lucas should've gotten a yellow for persistent fouling. Carraghers tackle of Carrick in the box was pretty much the same as the one Fletcher had on Fabreags in the CL semi's last season (penalty and foul) Torres seems to spend more time on the ground nowadays. Can't believed he trips over his own feet and gets a free kick :/

However Pool were definitely the better side. Still don't see them doing anything this season though.

Only 2 points adrift though :) However Arsenal can go top if they win both their games :erm:

Sorry buddy but the turning point was when FT09 made Ferdinand look like a schoolboy and stuck the ball in the roof past Van der Sar :D
 
Lucas didn't get booked at all and Masch only on his 15th foul. Poor ref.

But we were not goo.d Fergie should have acted sooner. Scholes and Giggs should have started from the bench. I'd've gone for Anderson and maybe even damn Nani to start with, then bring them in off the bench.

Rooney didn't look fit.

Rio Ferdinand is pathetic. Step up, man!

Vidic turns like an oil tanker but at least he is willing to take one for the team. He was unlucky to see red.
