One of the top 5 goalscorers in the League. Think he has the most shots on target in the League. Wouldn't say he hasn't stepped up.

Haha.. Now that you can't bring up the eighteen league trophies any more, you move yo the CL. Just remember, we were in the final for the last two years.. Where was Liverpool.

Frenchman to taste first-team action at Oakwell...

Alex Ferguson has confirmed that Gabriel Obertan will make his Manchester United debut at Barnsley in the League Cup on Tuesday night.

The promising French winger has endured a frustrating time with injury since arriving at Old Trafford in the summer, having been sidelined by a spinal injury.

But having got through three reserve matches unscathed, United boss Ferguson confirmed that the 20-year-old was all set to make his first senior start for the Red Devils.

"He [Obertan] will play tomorrow against Barnsley, it is a good start for him," Ferguson told United's official website.




Quality player who should make a difference to the squad.
