Well it's not really a ban. Able to give team talks at the beginning and during half time and can use a ear piece to speak to the bench during the game.

That's some harsh punishment...:rolleyes:

But United are in danger of losing the war because they keep losing big battles. Though the small print includes some mitigation, the bottom line is that since the start of last season they have won just two of their nine matches against fellow members of the Big Four.

I'd like to this point out, I this a big big worry to me. What the quality of our play vs the quality of our players compared to big clubs are

It doesn't seem to be that big of a point, since they include last season in that comment, and we won the League. Also, we've beaten Arsenal already this season. And Man City, even though technically they're not a big four, we could've easily lost points.

I agree. It does not matter for winning the league. We showed that last season already. But it should show in the CL. Which is a worry.
 
Good game from United. They were always on half trot, which is why the 3-0 is a good indication of United taking some time to gear up through the season.

Two things that surprised me (in a good way) -
1. Valencia actually looked happy after scoring.
2. Scholes made a tackle that didn't get him booked or concede a free kick.

I thought Rafael and Evra linked up well with Valencia and Giggs respectively. What was weird was the substitution of Rafael for Scholes, and Fletcher moving to right back.
 
Nice win for Man U ... still 5 points back from Chelsea. Still time to catch them, I guess.

Fletchers goal was something else, atleast u lot got a naf midfielder that scores goals, we got a brazlian reject that couldnt buldge the onion bag if his life depended on it.

Nice attacks but lacked the finish
Obertan really impressed (boys got skills and mad PACE!!!!!)
Foster (not sure if he can be blamed or not, but shame he always seems to be under the microscope)

pace? what pace? he only managed to beat the guy on the right side... he couldn't out run the guy on the left...

Wellback's touches was piss poor... he should stick to reserve games... but in contrast Macheda's touches was awesome.

Ref's call on Evra - a blatent block - was bad
