I think it's only the AlterIWNet client that has the console? I have no idea about the 'legit' one .....

We had an idiot chop haxor of note the other night, he was a real loser. Kicked him like 9 times in total I think coz he kept changing his username. There is a method of perma banning but I have yet to look into it.
 
You can block his IP and he will be unable to connect.

Unfortunately you cannot kick someone from a lobby even if you are the host, unless you are in a private match.
 
Guys for what its worth from my side. I really think you guys should revisit your assessment off the rules for the HC snd. There will be no way to say for sure that your clan is the better clan if everyone runs around with marathon lightweight and ninja on. With the HC aspect included a guy using these things has a clear advantage over the rest of the players. Thus everyone will end up using these perks with maybe the exception of Cold Blooded being used. The idea for clan matches is to have a solid base of competition where everyone has equal chance. Letting people run around with anything just doesnt sit well with me.

Maybe you guys should look into splitting the perks up. Allowing only one player in the team to have ninja pro and so forth. Would make for some interesting tactics.
 
I doubt Slaughter & kyubi are gonna include perks, probably be the same setup as the normal SnD, just HC style! I was having a bit of a go at them with my other comment.... We are used to the current setup anyway, no sense really to fiddle with it? Suppose its all open for debate at this point in time....

Oh my how uptight off me to give my opinion seeing as i run the SA league for MW2. How arrogant of me.

Theres a steam group of more than 2000 SA MW2 players. The league group has 400 active players in. I have 250 friends on my list of which 200 is on almost everyday. Yes there is a community.
 
Jip, there definately is a community. Some (like me) play so often that they start anticipating their oponents moves - because they play each other so regularly... :)

fridge, will you remember to post details about which game mode you are trying to host at RAGE for the clans? I asked my guys to let me know how many we can expect to go this year...
 
32B is at it again. We played them before in a friendly game and its always false accusations of hacking etc. We had given them a second chance after they all apologized. We played them again on Sunday, Although, I was not in game they were accusing us of hacking etc. and they where like we beat you guys before and how can we beat them if we not hacking etc..... LoL Some of the guys in 32B are cool like Bane but I am sorry to say they know nothing about sportsmanship and this is the last time we ever playing them unless we forced to play them in a league game. We don't really achieve anything from playing them other than us all raging because they have that tendency of peeving everyone :p

Ja, we have a few players that have upped their game tremendously in the last month or two, they were good to begin with, but with the amount of time we have played in the last two months, they are really getting good. In the last few nights, we have had the random opponent here and there accuse one or two of them of using hax. At least we know what is true. I know that Slaughter will not tolerate a hacker on our team, no ways in hell. Besides we would know very easily if a clannie member was hacking. After playing with them for so long, you know what their capabilities are! We have at least 4 or 5 really consistent good players. I have my ups and downs. I pwn one game every 3 or so days, but then I'm in the "zone", usually I'm a mid level player. I'm ok with that... as long as I have fun!
 
LOL @ Kyubi! Truth hurts, hey? :) JK...

Some folks misinterpret skill as hax. From experience (and having felt the wrath of sPa) I know that most of you guys are pretty much skilled in running and gunning (xept NEF who seems to be your sniper on most maps). It is unfortunate that guys peev other people by baiting them with calling them haxors etc. But you mustry and not get too drawn in. If a guys calls me or one of my guys hackers then I allow the odd response, but try and keep it to a minimum because things can quickly escalate if you try and argue with a pimply faced teen - they always go for one of two default responses;
1 Your mom
2 Your language

Which always gets everyone riled up. But hey, each to their own...

I noticed that the guys are taking the game a little more seriously, and it is good to see the skill levels getting right up there. I am hoping and praying that Fridge can arrange a HC TDM mini tourney at Rage... :)

Re the hacking in SoS... No ways boet. You know how we specated a guy (not mentioning names... ) we just THOUGHT might be hacking in our Clan... If anyone comes to me and says *Pete is hacking then trust me - if there is evidence - he is OUT. And you know SoS - they will gun for him from then on... LOL.

*Names have been changed to protect the innocent


PS: We need one more member to make a full 6 for Rage... :(
 
I actually just try ignore all chat while ingame, except if it's team speak related ..... it will just put you off your game. I prefer my clan to be voice enabled purely to cut down on the distraction of bs chat.
 
We usually don't encourage it or when ever we use chat its just joking or good game etc. I am usually quite in game, other than cover me I am planting lol. We talk more on TS. We casual players and we play clannies for fun :D but playing against 32B was not....
