My codes 059B6D7 got it from SW Update on My phone,did it through My wifi if it Makes a differents

Correct, regardless of what the operator gives, all Nokia's come with a 24 month warranty

You get a 2 year warranty when bought at VC.

But thats almost all (electronic) manufacturers, off hand i think only HP has a worldwide waranty
