CR7 scores 5 to move past di Stefano and Raul and become the all-time leading scorer in La Liga for Real Madrid, with 229 goals in 203 games.

To put it into context, Raul needed 550 games

Ronaldo 8 goals in two games, only draw back is that you have to watch his stupid goal celebration 8 times.

Muller imitates Ronaldo

Hectic game tonight. Atleti away is usually our hardest game of the season, so I guess we should be happy with a point.

I really thought we could take all the points the way we started though.

CR7 was way off it tonight, not just from a goal scoring perspective but when he lost the ball (which happened quite often) he just gave up.

He didn't chase or put any pressure on the Atletico players. I know he usually doesn't do this either, but for a game as big as this even he should put in some extra work.

Modric was God-like, as usual. Navas meanwhile has really come into his own. He might even be on par with De Gea with the form he's in. Saving that penalty was critical.

Really wanted us to go top of La Liga, but I'll take being 2nd for now as long as it means we're above Barca, even if it's due to goal diff.

We looked really solid defensively which is not something we're known for, especially under Ancelotti. As long as we can get our 1st team fit and keep them that way then I'm sure more goals will come.

I see Rafa already having to defend his defensive tactics...

RM would have been lost 2-1 Penalty went in...

Rafa has just over 3 months to be sacked.

To be honest, he's doing pretty well in my book. We're undefeated in the league, which a not bad at all.

Yes, we haven't been scoring like we usually do but injuries have played a big part in that. We look defensively sound which is not something we've been under Ancelotti.

There's no way we would have had a chance of winning at Atletico away under Ancelotti, so I'm happy with the draw under Benitez.

I've read a few things about him having a falling out with some of the players, but hopefully that's just the media exaggerating everything.

He's doing a lot better than I expected and if he can bring us trophies, I have no problem with him managing Real Madrid.

As true as that may seem. I'm a Rafa hater. I can't tolerate this man. Probably stems from the fact I'm a Chelsea fan and the plastic flag remark.

HUGE game tonight against PSG. It'll decide the group standings in my opinion.

Injuries are killing us at the moment, no Benz, James or Bale. Thank Cthulhu Ramos and Modric are back.

It's gonna be tough, but I think we'll take 3 points. Predicting 3-1.
