Damn, we were outplayed tonight. I did not expect that at all.

Not sure if injuries are a valid excuse due to the fact that we controlled the game in Paris with roughly the same team.

Respect to PSG though, they were better us and deserved to win.

Luckily we got the 3 points and are clear at the top of the group.

Still a bit shocked with the way we played. I guess it was just one of those days.
 
PSG should have buried Madrid but for poor finishing. If this continues they could need fork out for yet another top striker as Zlatan and Cavani couldn't deliver on the big occassion.

Sevilla away tonight is gonna be tricky. They haven't been in great form this season, but they at still a great side.

Benz is still out, but I think James is fit again.

Last game until El Clasico, so we need to big win to have momentum going into that.
 
After watching Real's UCL game against PSG (both legs) and the Sevilla game, do you think they gonna there's a chance they might bag silverware this season? I'm asking this coz it seems to be a prerequisite for a manager to survive Pérez's might sack. Poor Rafa

Perez is a douche bag... thank god he fluffed De Gea's deal, screwed up Navas's contract, fired Carlo and and signed Rafa - I really hope RM wins NOTHING this season
 
Yeah, honestly I didn't even wanna say anything here after the Sevilla game. :o

We're still in La Liga (2nd) and the UCL (1st in our group) so we've got that going for us, which is nice.

I think injuries are taking a big toll on us at the moment. Hopefully we're firing again after the international break.

We really struggled to break down Sevilla on Sun, we had all the possession in their half but it was all sideways/backwards passing. No penetration. We looked like Utd :whistle:

Good to see James back, man I love that guy. He's just such class. Bale was tearing it up as well. It's gonna take a couple games for them to get match fitness again.

Next up is the big one. Reading Messi might be fit, which is the last thing we need.

On the plus side El Clasico is on my b'day! :D
 
Big game tonight.

We 3 points behind at the moment, can't let it slip to 6.

So it's not just a must win, it's a MUST NOT LOSE.

Not sure what you're on about, but okay.

Suarez is probably the best #9 in the world. I say this even though I hate him very much. He's 2nd top scorer in La Liga at the moment, behind Neymar.

Also, our form wasn't great. Benz, Bale and James aren't match fit at all. They are all coming back after injuries that have kept them out for a few months.

So team selection was definitely an issue. I do understand where Benitez is coming from, as he fielded our "best" 11.

I definitely think he messed up by not including Casemero as our anchor is midfield. He's been a starter for the past few months and has been doing well. With him there Modric and Kroos (who isn't a natural CDM) can have a bit more freedom.

But yeah, these things happen. We were outplayed and Barca deserved the win. We had some good chances, but the ball just didn't want to go in. Now we need to make up 6 points.

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has called a press conference at the Bernabeu at 6.30pm after meeting the Real Madrid board.

Guillem Balague reported yesterday that he believes Perez is likely to wield the axe on manager Rafa Benitez.

Jesus Christ Perez, keep your #### in your pants for once.

Benitez is actually doing a half decent job. Yes, El Clasico was an embarrassment, but apart from that we're playing pretty well.

Injuries have hit us hard the part few months.
 
Perez confirms Benitez has the support of the board.
