shocking refereeing by a local ref nogal. does not help either if the Stormers are playing ***** rugby

the 2nd one was clearly passed forward and then touched by a Stormers player.

Didn't look forward to me or anyone else, apparently. None of the Stormers players complained about it, either.

They said they were happy with the grounding, and no just because his knees touched doesn't mean he was tackled.
