What a crazy game the Reds/Highlanders sounded like.

Reds up 21-0 at half time, only to have the Highlanders come back and level the game at 31 all in the 79th minute. Then the Reds managing to claw out another try!

38-31 final score.

Blues were attacking down the left wing and it was scramble defence from the Hurricanes. Procter got in between two of the Blues and tried to catch the pass, knocking it on. Ref basically ignores what the one assistant says and goes to TMO to get a number.

TMO says no one was in front of the player who the pass was for so it's a penalty try. The ref tells Procter he made no attempt to catch the ball so yellow card. Which is patent bullschit, he was trying to catch the ball.

This is not limited to the game nor to the Blues. Overall refereeing is piss poor in every game with for both teams.
