Official Super Rugby 2016 Thread

I do not see the Sunwolves recuperate, 10 Japanese Sunwolves are in the Brave Blossoms squad which has to tour to Canada and then back again, two others to resume their season with the sevens squad. I do not see the Sunwolves on the high against the Waratahs, Bulls and Sharks. Maybe they can sign players into the squad early on... On this note, the Sunwolves management is still to engage in contract renewals and new signings which is likely only to happen when Jamie Joseph takes over at the Brave Blossoms, I'm under the impression that many players will be signed elsewhere.

There it is, Yamada and Durutalo had their last Super Rugby game this season. Yamada ending 2016 with 9 Super Rugby tries, scoring one try per game played on average and current leading try scorer in the 2016 Super Rugby competition. These are two big names which will be missed by the squad.

Pretty average game to watch but Kolisi was a beast! Pity the players were more interested in off the ball niggle than actually playing rugby but that's the SA style I guess.

Feel for the Cheetahs, they could have had that but for a few decisions. As for the breezers ..... not covering yourselves in any glory. Play like thuggish amateurs against lowly teams with all those 'names', yoh

Kidney stone and diverticulitis - double whammy!
Ouch! How miserable. My sympathies, LL. I'm a fellow sufferer of same, so have some idea of what you're going through ... and what's going through you, and not going through. Sending you a beam for speedy relief.

Good news: Lions heading for a win at Loftus.

Owen's commentary has been so much fun to listen to... The view through his Bulls colored glasses keeps clashing with what's actually happening in front of him.

Yeah. Thanks. It's painful but I'm happy with the Netcare Union Hospital.
And they swapped over to Supersport for us. So I'm watching!
