Question : Why would you vring Super Rugby to Japan and then they have 40% international players? What's the use of that?

Kinda what the Kings did here? O, we need to develop our local players. Ok you in. Import a bunch of players from other provinces

Anoter question on the new rule. One can now go for the line out after the whistle has gone. Does one specifically have to say you want the lineout? Or is it just assumed?
