Geez, just watched the last 30min. How did Lions manage to score any points at all?
 
Lions was pathetic tonight. We played like primary school kids. No gameplan, just throwing the ball away, useless kicks, bad defence, etc

The Jaguares started slow with a backline taking too many risks, when they discovered that they had the scrum advantage they played the Lions on the set pieces. This Lions team was ill-disciplined, the pressure got to them. Both sides made many handling errors. At the end Ackerman made a gamble, but the Saders are men down so big weekend coming up.
 
Looks like I have all of a sudden lost all respect for the Lions coaches.

What a stupid idea,

No home final for you lions, maybe you should have rested less.

We won't even reach the final... have you seen the NZ teams play? As good as the Lions is, we stand no chance.... maybe Crusaders, but we'll be destroyed in the semi's.

What a stupid remark.

As Swys said in another article one thing that he learned is that you as a coach will always be criticised, whatever decision you take.

It was a decision that was taken by management. The senior players are rested. By the sounds of it some Saders players will not make the trip.

Anything can happen now. I don't think Akkers will lose much sleep over your opinion and for others too.

Some other good news for us Lions supporters, it looks like Sous is staying.
