Official Super Rugby Thread 2012

Just a heads up if you haven't made your Cheetahs vs Rebels pick yet.

Kurtley Beale and Mitch Inman are confirmed out of this match with injury. And it looks like Cipriani will also miss it due to flu. 3 big blows for the Rebels. 3 major boosts for my Cheetahs.

Chiefs - Thought this was an easy pick but the brumbies are proving to be no walk over (chiefs 15 -12, 20 mins to go)

Stormers - The blues scored an opportunistic try and had Sten kicking badly to help them win. If the Stormers forwards come to the party and their kicking is on par they should take it.

Highlanders - This was the second toughest one to call imo as the Highlanders have performed out of their skins and somewhere they will fail.

Tahs - Hope they fire.

Sharks - This was the hardest pick imo, but like I said in the sharks thread if Lambie has his kicking boots on they should take it.

Cheethas - Only because Apoc bullied me into it :p

What a cracker of a game! Only watched 1st half then had to do stuff and my daughter has my drifta :( so I can only gather that it is really getting big in these last 10 minutes. 22-22 at the mo

Woohoo, I get margin :D

SO who else would like to see this Kolisi (spelling) chap in the Bok setup? Man he's strong and nuggety and someone we could do with in the setup.

Kolisi looks really promising. We have really good loosies, so he might find it tough to get into the bok setup soon.

It all depends on their selection "criteria". I like him though, and hope he keep showing the same type of eagerness in his gameplay.

Lol, that pass leading up to the Reds' second try was miles forward! I wonder how neither Kaplan nor the assistant ref didn't see it. However still very poor defending by the Sharks.

Shocking display from the Sharks and the refs ....... week in and week out the refs are having way too much input on how the game comes out. I'm starting to entertain thoughts that a cricket corruption type debacle is going on with these refs.
