Official Super Rugby Thread 2012

Ja, and if he had run from his 22 and the Blues turned it over and scored, denying the Cheetahs the margin bonus point, this morning we would all be lamenting his decision to run.

Well if he was dodging the blues that must mean that he had run past the crusaders :p

I hear what you are saying but being defeatist will not win you games, not fans.

HAHA :D

I see the Stormers and Bulls are already fighting for Underdog status.

I do not know what to call, the bulls beating a broken Reds team by a large margin is not really saying all that much.

But the Stormers have not put away any of the teams they have played even when they have held sword of their necks.

Well I wanted to pick the Bulls to win the next game, but they're wearing pink....
(It's make one of their centre's very happy)

The Bulls are playing in pink. This one is easy to call. Stormers will absolutely thrash them by about 3 points...

Haha, yes Meisiekind will be absolutely radiant come the weekend.

Haha, I am also thinking that the Stormers have done well holding on in at least two if not three of their games.

I think I will flip a coin.

Or it could be a ploy to get the Breezers randy, thus making them more prone to "off the ball incidents"

Lol

Heard some person comment that the Bulls are playing in pink thus 50% of all guys in the cape will rather support them and then the Stormers home ground advantage will be neutralised :D

That 50% don't even know where the stadium is. I heard Super Rugby times clash with Strictly Come Dancing...

Hahaha, well I am sure whatever else saturdays game will be it will be as tough as any test.

So DJ... on to the sharks. Will they win their game this weekend?

When they get rid of Plumtree, Bashford and Edwards, then we will start winning properly ...... this coaching team is now a farce and has to go.

Are the players not to share the blame? I am seriously just asking, as I do not know all that much about sharks rugby politics.

Of course they will. And if they lose, I reserve the right to blame the ref. As usual...

Normally I would say 50-50 but the lack of coaching ability and stupid or non-existing calls is starting to become very visible and it's probably at a 20% player - 80% coaching idiots ratio now.

Naturally.

Wow, that bad. Any bad blood between the coaching staff and the players that you know of?

Not that I know of, no. I think it's just a case of a staff that has become complacent because they are under no threat from the bigwigs. Life is cushy when you don't have to do ***kol and still get a fat salary.

Yep it'll be the same 50% who usually support the NZ teams.
