If Lions get relegated, I think some of them will be put in the Kings side anyway. They will move to the coast & carry on.

As for the top 4, I am hoping:

Bulls
Stormers
Hurricanes
Reds

...yip there's the reason why I'll support other teams... there will no doubt be many more examples in the coming weeks.

Want jy is 'n suur gat.

But that is ok Lance as long as your happy :)

Well done to the bulls. Good performance by the sharks. The weather made it a bit less of a "running" game but hay it was still as hard as a local derby could get.

Zane impressed me, Olivier off loaded (which is a first) for a try, JL Potgieter filled the inside centre role well and Potgieter (flanker) also had a good game. Spies made some good running meters keeping in mind the conditions and Fourie looks like he is back to his normal (read: Super) form... Plumtree must by now know that he is surely alone (barring maybe Lancealogicalot) in thinking Ruan Pienaar is a better scrummie than Fourie du Preez.

Think the sharks must hate JL Potgieter by now as he seems to sink them every time :p

Well done to Lambie he is surely a talent for the future.

oh please no don't. shout for us. we really need your support.

oh, wait, we've done ok without it so far...

Don't worry about it, man. The other teams can try but they will end up just as the Sharks did on Saturday.

I really used to enjoy watching the Sharks play a few years ago & I still enjoy the players but unfortunately their supporters (not all, just a few anal ones) have screwed things up.

I support SA & any other team that plays Australia & thats how I am beginning to feel about the Sharks (only cos a handful have spoiled it). So, no offense to all the Sharks supporters cos you guys have a great team but reading some of the posts in here & you will understand.

I'll say it again, they are not nearly as dominant as they were at the start of the season. In fact, I spotted a Bulls supporter or two recently stating that the Bulls may have peaked to early and I also noticed that none of them got attacked like I did when I insinuated that they were on a downward slide. Sounds like the same thing to me :D

Yes Lance, we're not as dominant as the beginning of the season, but that doesn't imply that we are on a downward curve, does it?

I still don't get you....

From what normal people would see, is that the bulls [and the stormers] are having a great season... The way the bulls are playing does not seem to me that they are ''weaker'' every week.

What would you have said if the sharks were in the bulls' position? if the sharks were top of the log with 5 point gap [and 9 points ahead of 3rd place], would you say the Sharks are on a downward curve? [even if they put 50 past the lions [that almost pulled through against you guys].

But enough humouring you...

I was really impressed with the stormers this weekend, they are playing very good rugby. Obviously I want the Bulls to win the Super 14 this year, but if we dont, there is no-one else that deserve it more that the Stormers, Every year for the last 10 we've been hearing that the Stormers 'are the team to watch this year' :p, and for the last 9, they disappointed.

I REALLY hope its a Bulls/Stormers final, and it lives up to the Noord Transvaal/WP derby match that these two teams used to deliver!

Was also very happy with the cheetahs this weekend, they played well, and you can see that Juan Smith makes a difference in that side, so congrats to them!

thank you !!!! the LAST person on earth that we want to support our team is people like you ["I support two teams, the sharks, and whoever is playing against the bulls"], the bulls have no trouble filling their stadium, and our fan base is big enough, for you to support an NZ or Aussie team against a South African team, well, just highlights your own issues [btw... a guy that is SO fanatical about "our lovely" country, it sure is hypocritical to support a foreign team when they play a South African team]

[ for what it is worth, i support every south african team [even the sharks] just as fanatical as i support the bulls, when they are playing AUS/NZ teams....]

also , nice alteration of PythonFSi's post, to make it look like something completely different... now where have we seen that before?????

Yeah, they may be yellow card-less but it was what, 3 weeks ago that the Breezers coach was having a hissy fit blaming the ref in the media ;) Oops, research shyte first alfy ........

Something for all the namby pamby, crybaby, little pissy, woe is me, emo, silly bunt SHARKS supporters to read.

That's how you do it.

have a tissue baby boy

:wtf: lets hope the sharks/stormers game has more in it that this little squabble ...

Stormers SHOULD take it

Very important games this weekend. Hope Stormers can close the gap between the Bulls and them.

Yeah, but we have a habit of losing against minnows and beating great teams like the crusaders.
Worried that the boys will relax because its only the sharks...

Haha - nobody cares who Lance is shouting against. For my own part, I dislike the sharks slightly less than the stormers so I will shout for them against western problems. Maybe it also has to do with our log leadership....

In fact, I am not convinced that the Stormers can just take it. There is no reason they can't walk away with a full house of points except that the sharks, despite now being out of contention, are not going to simply roll over. In fact, they may just play the game of their lives in front of a home crowd.

Lol :D

Well hopefully the rain will stay away and some nice running rugby will be seen.

Don't laugh dude.
We've seen the useless Force beating the great Crusaders, it is possible that it could happen again.

And we saw the Bulls sleeping in the 1st half against the Sharks, because they also thought it would just be a walkover.
Morne Steyn was checking his Blackberry more than usual.
Fortunately they woke up...

Yeah too true... All I can say is GOOOO STORMERS! :D

Morne Steyn was checking his Blackberry more than usual.

Actually, that would be Mrs GreGorGy's fault. A long while back, I gave up on that Facebook rubbish but she persists. She decided to "friend" several people that were on my profile and hilarity ensued. A bad showing by Morné also ensued. These incidents are related but I shall not disclose how, other than to say Mrs G is a piece of a$$ and Mrs Steyn was not happy.

All innocent of course, but she cost a game (Mrs G) and was sent to the room!

I have no doubt in my mind that the Stormers will teach the Sharks a rugby lesson Saturday. The Bulls vs Crusaders is going to be a tough one but I think the Bulls will pull it off.

I hope we pull a 2009 semi final form for this game :) Or better yet a 2009 S14 final form :p:D
