Safe to say that Morné Steyn is BRILLIANT! The critics can come to rest.

Oh really..... You see comments like this make some of us not want to "admire" him. The try was created by the forwards. Anyone standing in that channel should/would have scored it.

He has not been perfect either... a kick off early on directly into touch... a drop kick missed... numerous "touch rugby" tackles still.... do yourself a favour, watch how he runs around like a chicken without a head when the All Blacks are on attack!

Funny you should mention those minor flaws, given the fact that that score could very well have read Morné Steyn 22 - 16 All Blacks.

Pardon. Make that 25 - 16 to Morné Steyn.

Yip, there you go... you see this is the biggest problem with most Bulls supporters... they have very little realisation that rugby is a team sport.

Been waiting to see Morne's stats... tackles made 2, tackles missed 1. In 65 minutes of rugby. None of us ever questioned his kicking ability. It is the rest of his play that was questioned. I personally do not think we have got answers to those questions in today's game.

Ok folks there are 30 player on the field most of the time. Let's talk about someone else...

Although in these conditions Steyn may just be a better flyhalf than Pienaar.

Full time score: 31 - 19 to Morné Steyn.

I am still awaiting some comment on his tackle stats. That means someone else on the field is having to do a lot more work. Against a team that plays better than the ABs did today this could be telling.

The critics are definitely not resting yet...

Oh come one Lance. Even I was saying Morne v New Zealand and I am not a Bulls supporter. But these conditions were perfectly suited for Morne's game.

Dit was lekker!!!

Steyn obviously man of the match.

Mooi so Bokke!!!!!!!!
It was a great game. Now lets see the Blue Bull supporters say that Peter de Villiers is am excellent coach.

Come now Lancelot, nobody can deny Steyn has a good game.

Next week: Australia vs. Morné Steyn.
Of coarse he gets Man Of The Match.

And of coarse John Smit who became an absolute living legend today. He is by FAR the best captain the Springboks ever had!
