The new user portal is launching tonight after 8pm, it will probably be fixed then, or worst case tomorrow when the full team is back at Vox.
The Data Usage page is undergoing maintenance to properly incorporate the 12-6 free data and improve the reporting format.
It is due to go live at midnight tonight (sun 1st) so the backend may well be down today whilst the changes are implemented.
I am also only a customer but the above is based on posts made during the past week by cvanwie and I have every faith in VOX to restore our missing data.
Hang in there, all should be fine by Monday Morning.
My internet she is broken says I need to buy more data but if I log in I have my full allocation still.
This should be fixed.
