Official Vox DSL feedback thread

Dear Vox,
How is it possible that orders placed for DSL data takes days to be processed in the year 2018?
Please see post here.

Please will you update your webstore and alert clients orders will only be processed by a person during office hours.

I did plan ahead.
a. Checked these forums.
b. I contacted your support in text and on phone +- 2 weeks ago to check if one can order the service, service duration etc. No mention of a delay when ordering. I did not ask this, as it is the year 2018. Other ISPs for years processed these within minutes!
c. I even posted my findings in this forum post this exercise.

Not good, not good at all!

See reply on that thread. This is due to RICA if your account is new.
 
Mine started playing up badly late last night so I switch to the Telkom Account.
Have not tried VOX yet this morning as Telkom is running perfectly.
Several People in PE had issues or no service yesterday and I think it rippled through the Western Cape later on.
 
if i cancel my fatpipe account , will i still be able to use it till all the roll over data is used,or will i loose it?
 
I'm getting that same problem as last week where it tells me incorrect account info. Anyone else?
 
Vox ADSL is a no go this morning for me. Has been down for a few hours now.
