My statement was valid, you have nothing but ulterior motives in this thread.

I asked a simple question due to being interested in your choices, you can't even answer the damn question without reverting to VOX issues.
Just answer the damn question man.

Been saying this for some time. He's moaning on every gdamn page like an annoying fly in summer.
I follow this thread to stay abreast of any vox issues or developments, but this gnat keeps spamming about his slow torrents.

Doing what I should've done long ago (and what cvanwie hopefully did) block / mute the bastard.
 
Where do I see my total available data? In the customer zone it's only showing me the current month's usage.

I've been signed up since July, I should have something like 300-400GB available. When I last looked a month or two ago, it showed me my available rolled-over bandwidth on the old interface.

You can contact support or turn off your modem for 10 minutes and reconnect, it sometimes happens at the 1st of the month, they need to allocate the correct data.

Hi Voxy, Last few days I have been having terrible connection issues, whereby I get booted from playing online due to connection lost. Furthermore, I was downloading at full line speed until recently (last week or so) whereby I am now doen to half speed. All on Fatpipe Capped accounts. Also, I note that one of my 2 accounts has carried the unused across, but the other account has reset to the monthly quota. Where to from here?
