Hmmm... tried both my Vox accounts, connected but no throughput. Other ISPs working fine.

Will try Vox again in a few mins.

You using ISP assigned DNS or Googles etc?

Video streaming is a big issue now. I get best 220p SD to 384p SD. Just a few weeks ago I got 720p HD - 1080p HD constantly.

Switching back to Telkom and will probably stay there, at least until this project is finished.
I don't have time to keep diagnosing my ISP.
