Official Vox DSL feedback thread

Yes see the same, but wait the 6 seconds it redirects you to the support pages, then try to login again, I can login on the 2nd try.
 
Trying to sign up for a fatpipe data package as a new customer. Everytime I reach step 4, where they try and take money I want to give them, some error appears. Yesterday it was a different error to this morning, latest one being "www.voxtelecom.co.za unexpectedly closed the connection". Whats up guys? Trying to sign up for 2 days now?
 
Fatpipe is free until Febuary so they should show you a total but you will only get billed end of February and get R0.00 invoices.

I signed up without an issue. Maybe try another browser?
 
Firefox, Chrome, same story. Had an online chat with support staff yesterday, and they acknowledged that a problem exists, but that it should be up and running "shortly". I really want to give Vox a go, seeing they still seem to avoid this shaping/throttling strangulation tactics. This is not inspiring much confidence though. You run a good promo, but then you don't allow use of the actual promo?Guuuuuuyyyyyys, wake uuuuuuuuup.........
 
Vox aren't the slickest looking lot out there (website-wise, promotions, etc) but their data is top notch. Stick with it and get the account - you won't be disappointed.

BTW. Showmax is streaming like a dream even when streaming radio on a 4mbps line at the same time.
 
That UBNT device is not mine, it is not on my physical network and I do not have any VPN/proxy. I am able to access someone elses device via a local IP on my network. Only on Vox, reproducable. WTF?
 
Nope, VOX has no idea what or why this is, said it is something here at my end, and the more I tell them I am not running the IP range 192.168.0.xxx they just said they dont know.
I am under the assumption that 192.168.0.xxx is part of Local Networks, so no idea how we have access to this only on the VOX network.
