Official Vox DSL feedback thread

It's not working for everyone. Just because its working for you doesn't mean its working for everyone. My speed has dropped to 50 Kbps as well. It was all fine until Thursday. What is worst is that Vox hasn't even responded to my ticket at all, that's pretty pathetic.

Try using Google DNS 8.8.8.8 on your ADSL router. I think Vox is having DNS issues again. Last night my speed dropped and I could not browse internationally. After using Google DNS my speed returned to normal and browsing worked.
 
If you guys are having troubles with our DNS servers, please supply a trace route to them as well.

These are the IP's to our name servers which are pushed down when you connect to our network:
196.22.218.248
209.203.10.208

Voxy is the right one to deal with this, unfortunately he's out of office. Please escalate this issue to support.
