Has the Barack St 3rd hop problem been addressed yet? This has been going on for a long time and Telkom is saying it's Vox's issue.

Is there a difference between FatPipe via ADSL and FatPipe via Fibre?

In my mind it should be identical, as both are "IPC" based?

In current form, Telkom FTTH and ADSL perform the same, as they are both IPC based.

So does this mean that pricing on FatPipe DSL and FatPipe Fibre should be identical?

And if you have an existing FatPipe account, you can just hookup Fibre (if avaiable) to the package. Without affecting the existing FatPipe package's pricing?

Torrents are struggling this afternoon. Sits on zero for a long period, then struggles to climb, never reaching max speed.

Hmmmm... no problems here... almost instant and consistent line speed.

I've been having serious issues the entire weekend on Vox Fatpipe. Was wondering if any body else is affected? I'm in Centurion. Since Friday the connection is super slow, I do a reset on the router (about 2-3 times) then it works great for about an hour, then drop to super slow speed. Rinse & repeat

Eh? No.

Exact Same IPC as DSL, Absolutely zero difference between FTTH and DSL based data accounts.

I'm not aware of any issues this weekend. Did you speak to our support desk to help you troubleshoot the issue?
