Official Vox DSL feedback thread

So not just my connection down the toilet tonight. And I thought the N1 back to Pretoria was slow today.
 
not really a network issue. but i want to upgrade my fatpipe account. logged into portal but it has no upgrade options for me to choose.

contacted live support. they tell ne i must order a new package? wtf?
 
even saving settings in Google search took nearly a minuet.
Pages opening very slow but Video Streaming fine.
Very strange
 
Your opinion needed. Please see my connection details as per the Vox website.
Why is the connection dropping/disconnecting so much. Surely this is not normal. Is this a router issue or dsl line issue?

Do you restart your router a lot, switch between accounts on your router or dial different accounts from your PC?
