Official Vox DSL feedback thread

Anyone been able to reconnect?

The latest notification I received (a few minutes ago),
Vox Telecom Notice: ADSL Services, National.
Engineers are currently retesting services with affected customers. No ETTR can be confirmed at present. Further feedback will follow.
 
Vox dead in the water for me this morning, can't connect to it.
 
Router log shows login on my vox account failed.
Tested router with
guest@telkomadsl (pass:guest) and it reaches test site www.saix.net so I think router is ok.

Yup, my router dead on Vox, working fine with other accounts.

No notification yet of an issue, email & SMS silent... sigh... My biggest gripe with Vox is having to actually phone support just to get confirmation of issues. Wish they had a network status page on their website.

oh well.

Authentication down again...
Yes me also. Western Cape.

Is it just me or has this been happening way more often than before? And what is the reason, are they upgrading infrastructure or sorts?
 
No idea, haven't been able to use my account for over a week now, also Western Cape area :(
Really? Mine was fine all along till this morning. Also was not affected previously, but I'm assuming my router decided to reboot last night and hence cannot authenticate again.
Did yours just die and never re-authenticate ever since? I cannot have this as I don't have a backup account.

Unable to authenticate, no idea what is going on. Luckily I have a few backup ISPs, so not too stressed just yet.
