Including positions will stay vacant because our education system does not provide adequate qualified people. In essence, companies will be forced to scale down, even if they could have grown.
 
Waste of energy

This bit of legislation wont get passed,
But it is part of a trend I'm beginning to see :
1) ANC idiots come up with ill thought out plan to give themselves more power,
2) Media outcry
3) Ill thought out plan is full of holes and is found to be unconstitutional
4) Legislation/bill goes back to the drawing board to be reworked/watered down substantially.
5) Think up new idiot plan, repeat entire process.

And all this time wasted is at the tax payers expense.

I doubt this will ever actually happen, the relocations at least. The bill just doesn't make any sense and Solidarity, trade unions, the opposition won't let it slide.

Even if it was passed it would be ignored by business until it gets amended.

Politics are ****ty all over, ANC or DA it's all the same. You can't name one country where the majority of the people are actually satisfied with the Government.

Too much greed and corruption, the lust of power and money overwhelms all other human emotions, events etc etc...

I am for pure *Anarchy here, either that or Vote for me as a dictator, id run this place real well. Cheap broadband for all MyBB registered and confirmed email users.

I'm surprised there are'nt many other supporters of anarchy, I feel the media has spread too much bad press about the movement, when in fact its pretty peaceful, people are way above average intelligence, it solves a lot of world issues!@ Anarchy FTW+++++....I cant say it enough!

Do you think the state of modern societies have shaped these people into a state of being uncivilised and 'gatvol'?
The problem is that most people are not even aware that they have options anymore! And the options they do give us are hardly worth voting for (in my case).
Politics should be abolished, along with heirarchies!

Then you do not truly undersatnd the movement, do some research on the net, there are some really dynamic groups with beautiful ideas. Its not all storm and donder, chaos and killing, on the contrary! Although having said that there are small anarchist communities who will 'bring down' any sort of social engineering of the masses in a violent way!

Imagine this world without the made up labels like "Supreme Court Judge", "The Queen" or "President"...

We have already tried modern society powered by a Government structure and it has failed bad all across the planet. The majority of the world are living well below poverty lines yet we still support this system? People are getting more and more poor each decade yet the system lives on, how does this make sense?

It's time to dump that crap and give Anarchy a shot.
