ok all those clever linux guys,i need advice

I have 3 iso's on usb stick.
I want to boot my pc via the bios usb-hdd.
Now when the stick boots with the system i want to choose which live cd to load from the iso's.
When selecting that iso the live cd will start and poof i am running ubuntu without installing.Same goes for the other iso's..errr flavors.

How will i accomplish this.I do have the hp usb utility to format.what then,i know i cant copy ntdetect and boot.ini..etc on to the stick as this is windows files.
Please advise
ps tux should know it all
 
If you plug the IO-3319 port to the Unitech pro 1000, then re-code the backend to only allow access on silicon port 9000, all whilst programming some C# into the deometer to allow encapsulation on the north bridge, it should work. :D :D

Just don't reverse the polarity on the flux capacitor! You'll kill us all! :eek:
 
It should be possible to partition the USB stick, and then install each OS on its own partition. Install the bootloader (grub) in order to choose the OS, and you should be set.

thanks i really need help.I need to know how to do this in windows the simple way
 
Your answer is most likely using unetbootin. I assume that you've come across this?

Well my solution would be:

1) Partition flash drive (as mentioned by Nod)
2) Use unetbootin to take your .iso's and put them on the flash, one on each partition
3) Boot. You will, the first time, have to choose which partition to boot from. Choose the flavour you are most comfortable with.
4) From there, configure grub to give you a nice frontend to deciding which to boot.

Edit: You DO just want the live "discs", right?

Get the Windows version (since that's what you'd prefer, I guess).

Then partition your drive (obviously you need to make sure that you have enough space for each image).

Then in unetbootin's interface, you're given the choice of where you'd like to put the bootable image.

I just had a thought, though. I don't think you'll be given the choice of which partition to boot, so you should probably do the distro you're most comfortable with FIRST.

When you boot from the flash (it should boot the first distro you made bootable), you can configure grub to allow you choose which image to boot.
 
like doing a triple boot with easy bcd in vista....correct.
I remember using easybcd to boot vista/xp/xpmediacentre where the boot manager only saw 2 systems but in xp i could choose another 1 system...confused you should be..lol

You do know that XP and XP media centre is exactly the same apart from the extra media settings in XPMCE?? :p
 
not yet but i did run vista lite winbuilder and bartpe from the stick,I need to uninstall these things first,ran out of space on the stick:D
